Basic Bircher Muesli

A nourishing and versatile overnight oat dish featuring orange juice, Greek yogurt, pear, blueberries, and banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tbs greek yogurt
  • 1 pear
  • 15 blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup freshly squeezed orange. 2 cup of rolled oats. 4 dollops (tbsp) Greek yoghurt. 1 grated pear. 15 blueberries cut into 1/4. Mix well and place it in the fridge until the following morning.
  2. Serve it for breakfast with sliced bananas, strawberries and a few extra blueberries.
