Beef & Vegetable Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm minced beef
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl add 1 grated zucchini, 1 grated carrot, spices, minced beef and salt and pepper. Using your hands, massage the mixture well. Place in the fridge until ready to cook. I usually let the mixture marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours before cooking the patties.
  • You can either place the patties in the oven or on a fry pan, completely your choice. The last time i made these, i used a fry pan. Simply roll the mixture into balls and then flatten to your desired size and shape and cook each side until the beef is cooked through. Enjoy!
