In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredients (not the skewers). Mix well. Let it marinate in the fridge for at-least an hour (marinating overnight would be ideal).
Place 1 - 2 tenderloins on a skewer then place the skewers on a lined baking dish in the oven. Use the grilling and fan force setting on your oven (200 degrees celsius). 6 minutes each side. I serve with sliced cucumbers and coriander (cilantro) on a bed of steamed rice.
