Banana & Apple Pancakes

  • 1 ripe banana large size
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup grated apple 1 small apple, skin on
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk whichever milk you prefer
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Add banana into a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
  • Then and all the other ingredients (not the butter) into the mixing bowl and give it a good mix.
  • Place a dollop (1 tablespoon) of butter into your fry pan and then add the mixture and let it become brown each side. Ta Da!
