Banana & Coconut Biscuit
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- In a mixing bowl add 2 ripe bananas, mash it with a fork. Add 3/4 cup of desiccated Coconut, 1/4 cup of plain flour and 1 tablespoon of 100% pure maple syrup.
- Mix and roll into balls and place on a baking tray (line with baking paper first). With a fork press gently flatten them.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
